Who is AquaCare?

AquaCare is the property services and maintenance division of Bournemouth and West Hampshire Water Plc. Established in 1997, we employ our own fully qualified and experienced water, heating and plumbing engineers to deliver high quality, highly competitive service, repair and insurance packages to customers throughout the Dorset and Hampshire regions.

We have over 40 engineers in our fleet of 30 fully equipped vans, providing a 24-hour service every day of the year to over 11,000 people.

AquaCare specialises in providing plumbing, heating and drainage services, direct to your door, across your local region by local engineers for both domestic and commercial market sectors.

We also offer our customers "peace of mind" through an extensive range of home emergency insurances and cover plans which cater for all domestic plumbing, drainage and heating emergencies.

We also provide a complete design, supply and installation service for new / upgrade bathrooms - including all building works, tiling, lighting and decorating.
