Just to say thank you for a great service. I phoned your office at about 4.30 this afternoon with a blocked drain. Your telephonist was very polite and arranged for a call out this evening. Your engineer was here by 6.30 and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. He was most courteous and I have say it is a pleasure to deal with your company. Well done!

I would like to express my thanks to all your staff for ensuring that we had a warm Christmas. They were always very polite to me when I telephoned to see if the part required had been delivered and as soon as it was available a fitter was dispatched to repair the boiler. I have to say you have an excellent team who really do know about customer service. Thank you again and my best wishes to you all for 2007.

I just thought I would drop you a line to say thank you for the recommendation of registering with AquaCare. I had an occasion this weekend to call with an emergency (water falling on to the bedroom ceiling!) and would like to pass my thanks on to you for an excellent service in solving the problem which was a great relief. At about 8.15 I phoned to ask for a repair to my boiler. About 2 hours later your engineers arrived and got the boiler working again, but declared that to avoid reoccurrence of this fault a new part was required. By 2pm on the same day he had obtained the replacement part and proceeded to fit it. I do not think I could have had better service no matter how much I paid. Well done and thank you for employing such excellent personnel.
