Cold snap provokes ‘unprecedented’ number of calls

THE freezing weather has resulted in an “unprecedented” number of calls to Christchurch-based property services and maintenance firm AquaCare. The company, which is owned by Bournemouth & West Hampshire Water, dealt with 1,500 customer calls last week.
